Vickie, I'm not sure you will remember me, but we talked on the phone regarding an order I placed for my mother's birthday - Valentine's Day - February 14th.

I just wanted to let you know that I received the order so quickly after we talked. It was so obvious the order was packaged with utmost care. The teapot was just the right size, the cozy was a darling, cheerful fabric, the blueberry/lemon tea bread mix was so sweet, and the size of the blueberry preserves was such a surprise (so large!!). When I opened the box and peeked inside, it was so hard to not keep everything for myself. Additionally, your attention to detail with a hand-written note that you hoped my mother would enjoy her gift and the sample of tea did not go un-noticed.
I have reflected on that special touch over and over.
